    Servers at Betts are expected to lead their sections with skill, warmth, and precision. You’ll deliver polished service, maintain strong menu knowledge, and keep service flowing with grace — all while supporting the team around you.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Deliver consistent, elevated service to every guest

    • Guide guests through the menu with confidence and insight

    • Own your section and manage pace through busy services

    • Maintain clean tables, side stations, and prep areas

    • Collaborate constantly with hosts, kitchen, bar, and server assistants

    Expectations:

    • Self-directed, efficient, and ready to lead in your area

    • Flexible enough to jump in and help other roles

    • Reliable attendance is non-negotiable

  • $28/hour average including tips

    At Betts, bartenders do more than pour — they create moments. You'll manage both the guest-facing bar and service bar, while crafting house cocktails, recommending pairings, and setting the pace for the evening.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Mix house and classic cocktails with speed and consistency

    • Engage guests warmly while managing service tickets

    • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar at all times

    • Restock and prep according to standards

    • Assist with dining room service or food running as needed

    Expectations:

    • Able to handle high volume with accuracy

    • Must be reliable, proactive, and team-oriented

    • Attendance and preparation are essential

  • $12/hour + average $11/hour in tips (approx. $23/hour total)

    Our hosts are the frontline leaders of service. You’ll own pacing, manage flow, and serve as the voice and face of the restaurant. Hosts at Betts make fast decisions, multitask with grace, and keep every shift running smoothly.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Greet and seat guests quickly and warmly

    • Use OpenTable to manage flow, rotation, and pacing

    • Answer phones, take reservations, and explain large party policies

    • Support servers with resets, coffee drinks, and food running

    • Help manage private dining traffic and special requests

    Expectations:

    • Excellent communication and multitasking

    • Confidence in making floor decisions

    • Full accountability for your area — and willingness to support others

  • $12/hour + average $10/hour in tips (approx. $22/hour total)

    Server Assistants keep the dining room moving. You’ll be responsible for food running, resetting tables, and supporting servers in creating an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives under pressure.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Run food to the correct tables with urgency and professionalism

    • Reset and sanitize tables quickly and thoroughly

    • Support servers with water, coffee, and restocking

    • Keep side stations clean and organized

    • Learn the basics of our menu and service style

    Expectations:

    • Fast, focused, and proactive

    • Always ready to support wherever needed

    • Your presence and participation are critical to the team’s success

  • $14–$16/hour

    The kitchen doesn’t function without a clean, well-run dish area. Our dishwashers are the backbone of every service — keeping dishes and cookware spotless, helping with prep, and ensuring every shift runs efficiently.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Operate dish machines and hand-wash as needed

    • Keep kitchen, dish area, and floors clean and sanitized

    • Help restock line and prep stations

    • Take out trash and recycling regularly

    • Support kitchen or FOH as needed during peak service

    Expectations:

    • Physical stamina and attention to detail

    • Able to follow systems and maintain pace

    • Must show up, stay present, and stay ahead of the mess

  • $18–$20/hour

    We expect our cooks to be leaders on the line — calm under pressure, precise in execution, and committed to cleanliness and teamwork. You’ll prep and cook in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining excellent communication and consistency.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Prep, cook, and plate items to spec during service

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

    • Follow food safety protocols at all times

    • Communicate with expo, other cooks, and FOH staff

    • Assist with prep, training, and closing duties

    Expectations:

    • Must be punctual, focused, and reliable

    • Expected to take full ownership of your station

    • You lead by example and support the kitchen as a whole
